AABS Group is a specialized Land Surveying Company which aims to assist and expedite your town planning and building permit services.

Why the need for a detailed and concise Survey...?
A detailed and concise Survey assists in expediting the Planning and Permit approvals process that in many cases gets held up with correspondence to and from Council. Inadequate Survey documentation inevitably requires the Surveyor to be requested to go back to the site to obtain further or missing information resulting in delays and additional costs.
Additionally, it assists your Architect or Designer with the ability to encapsulate all of the constraints and attributes of the site, built environment, and surrounds.
